An Overview of the past 7 years

Over the last 7 years, my team and I have averaged nearly a sale a week here at The Ranch. That's about 300 successful transactions. That was more than any other agent or team by a wide margin and, in fact, was more than almost every organization doing business in the community. The following charts, which focus on the "listings sold" or property marketing component of the real estate business may give you some perspective on how significant an achievement that really is.

As you examine the associated charts, you'll note that the various RE/MAX organizations doing business in our market area had approximately 25% share of the resale market at The Ranch and that the balance was split among over 100 other organizations. You'll also note that my team and I had 44% of the RE/MAX share by ourselves, not only more than doubling the production of our own office (with its 170+ agents), but also outperforming the ten other local RE/MAX offices combined.

On an individual basis, there was no other agent or team that had nearly the success that I experienced in marketing homes in our community. In fact, we have had several times the number of transactions of our closest competitor.

I hope that the graphs and statistics help convey the level of my performance and will help persuade you that I would be the best choice to market your property, should the need arise.
